UAE Orders:
- Delivery Charges: Free for orders above 200 AED; 20 AED for orders below 200 AED.
- Processing: Orders are processed during business hours (9 am – 6 pm) on weekdays. Orders placed outside these hours are processed on the next working day.
- Re-delivery: A re-delivery charge may apply if the order is not accepted on the scheduled date.
- Shipping Time: Orders typically ship within 3 working days, but may extend to 5 working days during high demand. Separate shipments may occur due to product characteristics or availability.
Returns & Exchanges:
Domestic Orders (Within UAE):
- Returns: Unopened and non-defective items can be returned within 15 days. Opened or defective items cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Unopened and non-defective items may be exchanged. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of both the return and the new item. A separate order must be placed for the new item.
International Orders (Outside UAE):
- Returns: We accept returns of defective products within the specified return window. Non-defective or opened items cannot be returned.
- Return Process: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and defect description. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within the timeframe specified below after verification of the defect.
